A Goatapedia for a gourmet?

Being lovers of farmed goatmeat, we’re always searching for new goat recipes. Surprisingly, despite being the world’s primary red meat, recipes for goatmeat are not often published.

However, earlier this year we hit the goat recipe jackpot when we stumbled across this amazing cookbook, totally dedicated to cooking the humble goat.

The cookbook called 'Goat: Meat, Milk, Cheese' has been described as a ‘no-holds-barred goatapedia’ covering delicious recipes for cooking goatmeat, milk, and cheese. In fact, it may well be the only dedicated goat cookbook in the world. Of course, if you know of another, please let us know! The mouth-watering recipes include Pan-Roasted Chops with Blackberries and Sage and Meatballs with Artichokes and Fennel. Simply delicious.

We were so impressed with the cookbook that we contacted the authors in America, Bruce Weinstein and Mark Scarbrough (who were lovely). We then spoke with the publishers and very soon we hope to begin selling the cookbook in Australia.
